Our stay was absolutely amazing. All staff was friendly, professional and ensured we had everything we needed. Rafael checked in on us daily, provided schedule of activities, made all our dinner reservations and so much more. He really made sure that we did not have to think about anything but having fun. Will definitely be going back.

Wonderful Stay and Amazing Staff We had a wonderful stay! A very special thank you to our butler, Juan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great from start to finish. The service was excellent, the hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We had a great experience and Rafael was very helpful! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

We had a great time at this resort. Rafael was amazing, and helped us with our two young kids, including arranging room service and booking our restaurants. The villas were amazing and the pools were great! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and we will definitely be coming back again.

This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part. It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very responsive and considerate in booking the dinners at the restaurants and other activities like Spa etc. Rafael came in highly recommended from the reviews at Expedia earlier and now we understand why :) For the folks like us that don't speak Spanish, the butler service is an absolute savior since many of the resort staff don't understand English well. I can't wait to be back! Thank you again Rafael for making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We stayed at the Grand Palladium Family Select with our three children ages 19, 16, 7. I was extremely impressed with the activities for our 7 year old. They had a couple activities every day for him to engage in by the pool. Raul helped make our stay memorable by helping with daily questions, making our dinner reservations and anything else we needed. The wait staff was friendly and helpful at every restaurant we visited. Eduardo, our breakfast server, was welcoming and Luis helped our drinks flowing by the pool. Our room was comfortable and impressive. I loved how my children’s room had three separate beds and was spacious. Our beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms had everything we could ask for. I have stayed at numerous hotels in Punta Cana and this one is my favorite.

We stayed at the Family Selection resort at Grand Palladium and had an excellent time. Resort was great for kids and adults as well. Many pools to choose from which was nice. The service we received during our stay was exceptional. Robinson helped us out each day and responded to our requests almost immediately! Everyone working at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely go back!

Overall stay was amazing. Rooms top notch clean. Property is beautiful. Our butler Juan was always on point and extremely helpful. Also Luisito always caring for our well being and on top of our transportation needs. The beach was bad due to sargasso but was already cleaning. Summertime is not a good time to use this area if the beach is your goal. Also menu restaurants were bad but the buffets were excellent. Don’t waste your time on those restaurants, go straight to the buffets, it’s the same food without the wait.

The staff was amazing. The amount of pools and restaurants was great too! So many that we didn’t get to visit all of them. The rooms were very clean. The food choices were also great, being open to trying new things is key! The drinks were amazing, nothing was watered down like at other locations.

The resort was beautiful and very well run/maintained. Guests are assigned to a employee for concierge service throughout the whole stay. We were assigned to Rafael who was our go to person throughout our trip. We were able to communicate with him everyday through WhatsApp. He helped us with everything, answered all of our questions, took care of every small issue, made all of our reservations and the list goes on. He was amazing! My kids said they want to go back for Rafael! The food was average (we expected more) but overall I would recommend this resort for a relaxing, luxury vacation. Just be careful if one of the employees offers you a "special breakfast". That is just a tactic to rope you in to joining the travelers club.

Ignore any bad reviews! Stayed a week and just got home. We stayed in Family Selection and it was impeccable in every way. Our butler was Rafael... highly recommend! He makes an already great resort even better and ensures we have all we need and are all set with plans, reservations, requests, etc. all staff was lovely and happy to greet us everywhere we went...amazing food and selection...shout outs to all staff at the Nest, Juan Carlo, the Hibachi chef, Constantino, all Family Selection staff, cleaners, and the professionalism from management. Don't be afraid to ask for anything....they are happy to assist you! Eager to go back soon!
