You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Cocotal: Private Pool, Golf cours, Includes power

Cozy Home in a Quiet Location, Huge Terrace with BBQ Area, and a Living Room with Excellent Air Conditioning. Perfect for Family Vacations or Small Groups. The garden is filled with fruit trees, and you'll enjoy stunning views of the golf courses. The villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fast WIFI, and free parking for two cars.  
The space  
The villa is located in a secluded corner, on a golf course, in the gated community Cocotal. Private pool, fast internet, quiet neighbors - everything you need for a perfect vacation in Punta Cana.  
Guest access  
The house is entirely at your disposal, including the laundry room. The only exception is the storage areas where the owners' personal belongings are kept.  
Other things to note  
I recommend exploring the surroundings of the residence. There is a beautiful golf club, tennis courts, and a playground with a large swimming pool. The city also has several excellent restaurants. Additionally, there is a fantastic surfing beach nearby called Macao.
