It is situated on the 3rd level and has elevators. It has a huge outdoor balcony with new and plentiful outdoor balcony furniture for hours of enjoying the breezes and the views. The beach is a 1-minute walk away with a private owner and guest beach access. Dining and shopping options are within a 1-to-10-minute walk away. Once on the beach, there are plenty of activities to do, or simply relax while swimming or sunbathing.
