"Staff were very excellent, no elevator in this 3 floor property so definitely not ADA. Room was great on 3rd floor but sink handle fell off in my hand. Refrigerator freezer door also came off. Staff very receptive to get maintenance on these issues. Nice view of U of I campus, quiet, safe, near gas station and main drag of town. Comfortable, clean room. Very nice breakfast included."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my late check in need due to bad traffic accidents over the pass and a long wait time. I had paid in advance, so some emailed personal information was all that was needed. They gave me the code needed to enter the room. My husband and I have an electric vehicle, so we chose this place for our stay because there’s a charging station. It works and it gave us peace of mind to be able to charge overnight. If you do a late check in then you won’t be able to charge until you can get a special key from staff during office hours. It’s so nice they provide this complementary car charging with your stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future."
