  • You will enjoy a private entrance to an apartment in the lower section of our home. It has a queen bed with space for an air bed if needed. The property is next to a city park with many miles of walking/ biking trails . Amenities include microwave,coffee pot,TV, Minifridge, toaster oven, air bed if needed. Patio with barbecue and bistro table . You can access the apartment via the lower yard or by side yard

Perfect stay for one or two people! The place was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. The view was spectacular, and the location couldn’t have been better. There is a park right next door and food and shopping just down the street. We were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back!

Wonderful hosts, nice neighborhood.

Here to visit friends as lived in the valley over 30 years. Well stocked breakfast and snack items, great pumpkin bread compliments of host. Would recommend.

Tha Place To Stay in Clarkston

Enjoyed our stay at this property, was everything that was advertised and more. Property managers are great people and very helpful. The stay was well worth the cost, felt right at home at this property. View and location are great, easy to find and with access to main roads in and around the city. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was a wonderful gem of a place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Mrs. Owner bakes a delicious pumpkin bread. I grew up in this town, and it was nice to sit outside in the morning and evenings, overlooking the Snake River. It was peaceful and allowed me to sit back and reminisce about growing up there. I hope to be able to book here again for future visits.

Cozy with a great view

The place was clean and comfortable and the owners were very hospitable. They even provided snacks, drinks and even a new toothbrush in case you forget yours. And did I mention the home made loaf of bread?

Beautiful and clean

Cute, clean and oh wow what a view of the river. I never enjoyed my morning coffee like this - peaceful sustain and beauty of nature! I had everything I needed plus snacks and yummy freshly baked dessert! Will be definitely booking it again very soon! The owners are such blessing!

Cozy room, water overlook

I'll definitely stay here again. Jack and Regina are charming, friendly hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quiet for sleeping at night. The backyard overlooks a wide stretch of the Snake River and the Idaho shore opposite. A great place to enjoy coffee or a drink and watch boats on the water. A fresh loaf of banana bread, made by Regina, was among the snacks and drinks provided in the room during my stay. I highly recommend this location. -John

The room was clean the hosts were super nice. There was a nice variety of snacks left in the room. It didn't feel very private to me. We could hear the footsteps from the home above and sometimes them talking. The room is really only suitable for 2 people (the listing says max 3), and it's a bit tight for just 2. The bed (I know mattress comfort is subjective), but you can see just by looking at the made bed, the dips on each side where respective people sleep. It could stand to be replaced or at least a topper added to make it a bit more comfortable. This is a basement room, and there is a pump attached to the pipes in the bathroom that is quite loud when you run the water or flush the toilet. My only other issue was with the shower head. It's a rainwater type one. I know some people like these and I think they're water savers, but there's no water pressure to speak of, which makes hair washing and rinsing (for those of us with longer hair) a challenge. Overall, I gave it a good rating. It is located right on the river, and you have use of the yard, if you want to sit out and watch the water. It is also located right next to a very nice park, and it's not a long distance to stores, restaurants etc.
