"The staff are very helpful and kind and the hotel property is really good with easy access to clock tower and the haaram. The breakfast was much than the dinner, there is a lot of variety. But the rooms are not really clean the everything is very dusty and the shower had no door so every time we would shower the water would be all over the floors. My family and I got a runny nose and some got stuffed noses that’s how dusty the room was. We had to call room service to vacuum the room and even at that it still didn’t help. The cabinets were also stinky. I would give over all 7/10 😁"

"Excellent Stay & Great Service We had an excellent stay! The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and kindly provided a late check-out due to our late flight. The hotel is only a 5–7 minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, Gate 28, with plenty of restaurants right at the doorstep. The breakfast little expensive. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the nearby shops offered excellent-quality dates at great prices. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!"
