The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Amenities include a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. You have a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with 4 fenced pools (open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., mid-June to mid-September), an outdoor shower, and a fenced tennis court. Please note that beach balls and inflatable mattresses are not allowed in the pool. The property is close to the beach and only 800 m from the city center, where you will find restaurants and evening entertainment during the high season (July and August).
