    Kauai is a special place .

    Enjoy privacy at this totally renovated , free standing villa on the North Shore of Kauai, steps away from beaches. It boasts magnificent garden and mountain views and overlooks the prestigious Makai Golf Course. Stunning sunsets from across the street ! Enjoy the luxury of cooking at home in your own, fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath cottage is the perfect tropical getaway. This is the only villa with this floor plan, having a oversized master bedroom . It has a lanai off of the living area and a private lanai off of the master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the pleasant trade winds and views at you leisure here. The villa is set back from the road and it is very private and quiet. The walking/bike trail passes in front of Villa. Wonderful sunsets across the street and Hideways Beach is minutes away.
    Currently were are able to rent to only two persons .
    If you have any questions for the owners while inquiring about this property please email us using the vrbo app . Minimum age for children for safety reasons is 5 years old and minimum age for the main renting guest is 25 years old.
    This villa is located across the street from Hideaways Beach and walking distance to the Pu'u Po'a Beach, and Pali Ke Kua's Beach. Watch stunning sunsets from the bluff in front of the units.It is also just 2 miles from the Princeville Shopping Center where you can enjoy shopping and dining. The Queens Bath is located 5 minutes drive away or a short walk whichever you prefer. If you desire a secluded Beach, try Sea Lodge Beach.

    Within the Princeville community you will also find the award winning Prince and Maka'i golf courses, a full service spa, jogging path and fitness circuit, tennis courts, numerous boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants.

    The town of Hanalei, with shops, restaurants, Hanalei bay and newly redone , however preserving the history , Hanalei pavilion are within 10 minutes of driving. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for rent at Black Pot Beach and in Hanalei.

    Pass Hanalei and drive the scenic road to Ha'ena, stop for a swim at Lumahai Beach or snorkel at Tunnels. At the end of the road, Ke'e Beach offers protected snorkeling or swimming for the little ones. The Kalalau Trail also starts at Ke'e beach.

    Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse , zip lining, horse back riding and many hiking trails are a very short drive away.

    THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THE MAXIMIM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS 2 AND THE BED PROVIDED IS A CALIFORNIA KING BED.

    One parking space is assigned to the guests. If an additional parking space is necessary, please contact the owner to arrange this with HOA. An additional fee for second parking space may be required.

    Our Villa is a private home, not a timeshare resort or hotel.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time exploring the island and coming back to the villa to rest. It's a beautiful location, in great shape, and a perfect home-base to get out and see things. It slept the four of us comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked to cook in the evenings, and it is minutes from beaches.

Northern Kauai Gem

This little gem was a great place to stay while exploring the island. Most of the things we wanted to do or see were on the north shore, so it was a perfect place for us. Enjoyed having a tub to soak in after a long hike, and the lanai's to just watch the world go round.

If your looking for a home with everything, this is it. Great accommodations and location. Close enough to everything you'll need yet just far enough away from the busyness of tourists. We saw every sunset we were here.

Lovely cottage

This is a very comfy, well stocked cottage surrounded by beautiful vegetation and birds. The host is very helpful with any questions you may have. It’s a great location to explore the North Coast.

Wonderful place in Princeville

We had a great time at the Hanalei Bay Villa #23. The location is so peaceful with Wonderful views out of every side of the spacious and comfortable unit. Irina and Robert have thought of everything to make staying so convenient and effortless.

Couldn’t have been happier!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this rental. It was very clean, beautiful views, quiet and we felt very safe. Princeville offers so much and the location of this home is absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have been happier and hope to come back soon.

This place made us fell at home away from home. Have been to the Hawaiin Islands over 20 times( Kawai 4) We always stop at Costco/Safeway to load upon essentials for our stay. Could have skipped it this time and saved some -This place is stocked!!! Felt guilty at times using their stuff.Can't beat the location--Beaches, Sunsets, Walking Trails,Views, Ect. It is super clean. Great communication with notes posted to answer throughout. It Exceeded our expecations!!!!

Week on Kauai

The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to eat-in when we wanted (especially breakfast). We used the available beach toys which was nice vs having to rent them. Overall, very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

Rarely have we stayed in such a beautiful well organized vacation rental. Irina and Robert have thought of everything. The rental was spotlessly clean. And comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice location. Very easy access in communicating with owners. Very convenient location. Beautiful mornings sitting out on the deck watching the sunrise listening to the Nenes fly by. Gorgeous!

This property was exactly as described. The owners clearly love and care for their space and want their guests to feel at home. It had everything you could need. The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful neighbourhood beaches and the quaint town of Hanalei. Would stay here again .

Kauai Experience

The 2-bedroom home was clean and comfortable. The homeowners have taken meticulous care of their home and stocked it with everything you could want including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. The Lanai overlooks the golf course. Had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing getaway in Princeville

Perfect location with amazing views! Close to Hideaway Beach, shopping and restaurants. The only thing you need to bring to this amazing property is yourself. The owners have thought of everything here and everything was very well stocked. The owners reached out to us throughout the trip to check in and made sure all of our needs were met. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great home for Kauai vacation. Great location and views. Very well stocked including beach gear. Lots of notes and instructions around the house so you can settle in quickly and preserve the place for future visitors. They thought of everything.

Awesome Villa in Princeville!

We really loved this villa. It was clean, well stocked and Irina was very responsive to any questions we may have. You can tell Irina and Robert put a lot of love in their Turtle House. It is close to Hanalei and right across the street from Hideaways Beach. Great pizza in walking distance. We hope to come back soon!

Perfect

We were two couples celebrating 40+ years of marriage. This home was even better than the pictures. Beautiful location. Everything we could imagine needing was supplied and more. The hosts left detailed instructions for everything. Princeville is a bit of a drive from some of the activities we wanted to do, but still worth it. I would definitely stay here again.
