Hotels in First Colony, Houston

"We stayed here to attend some Astros games. It was great location for walking to and from the game. They don't have parking at the hotel itself besides vallet. They direct you to the parking garage across the street which charges $30 a day. There is a great place at the corner called The Fin which has several restaurants inside. Great options to choose from if you need a place to get food. Hotel itself was nice. Rooms are very basic. No fridge in the room fyi. Bed was comfy but the shower needed better water pressure. Overall it was good and I would stay here again for a game. "

"They are undergoing renovations. Staff informed me renovations will be done in July. It was construction noise during the day but overall my stay wasn't horrible. 10 out of 10 in other time I've stayed there."

"Surprisingly average - with a few serious "low-lights". I sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting for a server to take a breakfast order yesterday. No water, no coffee, just waiting, while they walked around me. I had the worst pizza EVER at the bar - had to send it back. It was a mess of sodium and grease, no resemblance to pizza. The Peloton bike (main reason I stay in most hotels) wasn't either activated, nor connected to the internet - so wouldn't work. I won't be back."

"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."
