"A very original place to stay- be aware it is a little out of the way abd not a typical hotel- but you have access to a kitchen to make your dinner/lunch. The breakfast provided was wonderful!!! "

"Staff were friendly, check in was easy, everywhere was spotless, room was clean and presentable, amenities provided, food was good . Pleasurable stay . Easy access to sightseeing but you would need transport. "
"Very nice hotel near Santiago's attractions. Staff was very helpful with retrieving taxis throughout stay. Use of Keurig (only with an upgraded room apparently, otherwise there's coffee service in the lobby) was nice though we could have used a kettle as well (or in lieu of). The room was very well appointed with nice touches with two doors overlooking the garden. The small metal light next to bed runs very hot (I burnt my finger) so be careful not to touch it directly to move it around (there's a small metal attachment on the lamp I didn't see in time), but even still keep children completely away from it (imo). "
