Spotlessly clean. All facilities we needed - big fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery. Washing machine in basement using app. We had top floor, 9th floor. Great terrace with views. Huge windows. Short walk to train station and tram / metro stop. About 15 / 20 mins walk to old town square. Good comms ...
