I always have low expectations here but this time, the towels were all stained, old soap left in the shower, found qtip in the floor ( not mine!), and weird black spots on wrinkled sheets . The floors are redone and the room itself is ok. Bed was comfortable enough. Walking distance to Vassar which the only reason why I stay there.

The room was decent. Clean and comfortable bed. Quiet. Rusty, leaning floor lamp in corner of bedroom. Decent value. The bathroom was not in great condition. Damaged ceiling tile over the shower from second floor. Empty shampoo conditioner mounted on shower wall. Very sparce continental breakfast.

Convenient to Vassar, inexpensive. Clean. Comfortable bed. Downside- no elevator for 2nd floor so not good if you have heavy luggage, which we did. No luggage carts. Thought breakfast was terrible. Watered down apple juice and water. Inedible hard boiled eggs. Plain white bread. Bare bones amenities .

Staff, room and parking were great. Breakfast was very disappointing. Space is part of the problem and the coffee maker wasn't working, so staff was having to refill a thermo container. Food choices were very limited mainly due to the space. Its also not practical to have the single desk staff also dealing with the breakfast. Again, room and staff were great. I didn't use the pool or other amenities

Start off, there are roaches. Secondly, the pool was very cold and the complementary breakfast was very limited. When you complain to the staff, they say they can't do anything and would have to talk to the manager. I will give this less stars than one If I could. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
