« This was my second time starting on this property, Nicollete is so sweet I believe she is the property manager. She accommodated me because I needed to check in a day early, the property is always quiet. All the apartments are gated in, it’s a nice beach maybe 7 mins away driving. « The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce cottage. Dans la nature à quelques pas de la plage. Nécessite une voiture afin d'aller à l'épicerie, visiter l'ile ou les restos. La vue est superbe et l'endroit calme. Beaucoup d'oiseaux. Parfait pour le repos. Quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires au niveau de la literie (oreillers particulièrement) ainsi que pour la coutellerie mais ce n'est pas dramatique. Le proprio laisse des aliments de base tel que sel, poivre, sucre, etc. »

BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach.
