This high-end condo features modern upgrades and décor throughout, plus fantastic amenities. Located 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene and 30 minutes from downtown Spokane, staying here makes it easy to enjoy recreation and activities all over the Inland Northwest. The city of Post Falls has great parks, restaurants and breweries to check out! Three minutes from the condo, Q’emlin Park is a must-see that has everything including a public beach, large park with playground equipment and picnic tables, and 40 acres of trails for rock climbing, hiking and other sports. The Post Falls Brewing Company is only 2 minutes away and a 7 minute drive will take you to Schneidmiller Avenue—home of several restaurants including local favorite breakfast spot, The Old European. With an open concept floor plan, you’ll be impressed by how spacious this condo is! Head past the entryway hallway and the first thing you’ll see is the modern kitchen. You’ll enjoy more than enough room to cook on the large granite countertops that also offer seating for 4 at the bar. The adjacent dining room table seats 4 more—and the close proximity allow for everyone to still be able to socialize. Settled in front of floor to ceiling windows filled with mountain and river views, the cozy living room has a gas fireplace, TV and tons of comfortable seating. From morning to evening you’ll love curling up here while you sip on coffee or wine and enjoy the ambiance. When you’d like some fresh mountain air, just open the glass door to the patio where you can see (and hear the roar) of the stunning Spokane River. This outdoor area is complete with a large table and seating for 4\. You can also head down and take a stroll on the condo community’s boardwalk by the river. For sleeping accommodations, you’ll enjoy three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king beds—one with floor to ceiling windows—and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle. The master bathroom has double sinks, a shower and a separate tub and the easily accessible second bathroom has a standing shower. At Riverside Condo, you can begin and end each day with calming river views and spend the rest of your time exploring all over our beautiful, adventure-filled area. The condo is very luxuriously furnished with a beautiful view of the Spokane River and Falls. The condo is on the 4th floor and has a elevator if you don't want to get your climbing steps in. It is very well furnished and stocked and extremely quiet and peaceful. We liked that the condo was located between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. We spent one day hiking near Coeur d'Alene, one day shopping in Spokane and the next day biking the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. We would definitely recommend this condo to others. ##### christy b. I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father's "celebration of life." As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn't get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon. ##### Colin T. David needs fixin! First of all the deck and the building is under major deck repair! We didn’t feel safe going out there as it is supported by 4x4 due to rotting wood. there isn’t a cover and the furniture out there isn’t for lounging…. There are shades that need replaced and missing… the couch and love seat are very dirty! i used sheets to cover them! the bed was comfortable… I had reached out about the missing shade before we rented and the rental company said it was replaced,,, that isn’ttrue! ##### Melissa L. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didn’t look). Water heater didn’t keep up with the 4th shower but then again I’m used to an on demand at home so I’m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again. ##### Nancy B.
