With a stunning sea view from the terrace and a heated private swimming pool, you cannot ask for more for an unforgettable holiday! Positano is within easy reach and you can reach Positano in about 25 minutes walk, or by taking the bus from the bus stop at street levels. The villa is reached via a lift. Inside, we find a cosy and comfortable living room with sofas and dining table under large windows with sea views and French doors that open onto the balcony. There is a kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, etc. The sleeping area consists of four double bedrooms two of them with en-suite bathrooms with shower. There is one separate bathroom with bath tub. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and air conditioning as well as access to the sea view terraces. Outside, there along with the beautiful terraces mentioned above, we have a private and heated swimming pool (0.9m – 1.8m deep; open from May to September) equipped with sun beds and deck chairs. Aug 20, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Can't Beat The View Our family of 6 stayed in this Villa for 4 nights in August. The Villa is part of a 5 star resort which has the only Funicular in Positano. Definitely comes in handy when you have lots of luggage and a steep incline! It also has it's own private pool which was nice. Bring bug spray, however, as the mosquitos in the summer are ferocious! The view from the various balconies can't be beat and is probably the best in all the area. The downside to that view is you are quite far from town (not really walkable, especially with kids) and you can't take advantage of the hotel shuttle. You'll have to bus and/or take very expensive taxis which can be hard to arrange so something to note if you plan on going into Positano often or even getting food outside of the hotel. One aspect of the hotel you can use is their private beach and club which was nice and convenient as well. Lastly, shout-out to Connie who helped us on arrival and with our myriad of questions throughout the stay. She was a wealth of knowledge as well as extremely nice and patient! ##### Michael W. In addition to beautiful views of Positano and the Amalfi Coast, it is very accessible by car and by boat. The funicular was the charry on top. It made moving up and down the stairs so convenient.
