Eden House is a luxurious Moorish-style apartment just renovated, overlooking the blue of the Amalfi Coast on the colorful pyramid of the houses of Positano. Located in the exclusive flower park with private parking space and a large, panoramic swimming pool overlooking the sea.

The real luxury for Eden House is not in the pomp of furnishings but in the atmosphere that emanates, in the care of details, in the feeling of being at home. Positano's sky light bursts into the rooms, emphasizing its harmonious beauty. The rooms express the idea of ​​welcome and well-being at the heart of Eden House's philosophy. The two furnished bedrooms with contemporary design are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The bathroom, also in Moorish style, features a large box with double shower, Ortigia courtesy set and hairdryer. We will also provide for each guest soft bathrobes, towels, towels and flip flops. Un séjour parfait!Nous avons adoré notre séjour! L’endroit était immaculé de propreté, avec un décor raffiné et une vue tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement avec un gros panier de fruits frais et des collations dans le frigo, une attention vraiment appréciée.L’hôte était très réceptif et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions.Un hébergement que je recommande sans hésiter!

My husband and I stayed here with our 6yo son. The property is beautiful, the apartment has stunning views, and the check in process was flawless. Things to note: this is far away from the beach. It takes a strenuous amount of walking up endless stairs to get to the apartment from the beach and most restaurants. Be prepared to pay for a taxi ($$$) or bus. You WILL need a Porter to help with luggage if you come by sea. Even taking a carry on up all those steps is incredibly impractical. The property manager was very kind and warned us before we got there. I recommend a boating tour while you’re in Positano to see the coast line. Restaurants: Ristorante Saraceno D'oro was a must do. Family owned and delicious. Il Fornillo Positano was very romantic and also not all the way down the mountain. Highly recommend. This property is gorgeous, hospitable (left snacks and drinks), and clean. Just make sure you know where you’re booking and amount of physical ability is needed to stay here.

Eden House in beautiful Positano

Great location if you don’t mind walking many steps to the center, which we didn’t mind at all. Having Da Costantino a short walk away was really convenient. Great restaurant, service and views. Antonino was very responsive. A few minor things could be done to the apartment such as supplying what was listed, we did not have butter, basil or pasta sauce so making a meal when we arrived was limited. The bed for me was not comfortable and when I asked for blankets or a comforter to cozy it up, it was not an option. It does have heat and AC which is nice. We had a wonderful time but hopefully some of the attention to details will make it even better for the next guest!

Eden House is a Must!

This place is amazing! We loved everything about it. The terrace with the view is unbelievable. The entire apartment is well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The host left us fresh food, fruit, pastries, wine and more! Which was such a nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast and mimosas from our terrace every morning. We really didn’t want to leave other than wanting to explore Positano. There is a market close by as well as a great restaurant at the top by the entrance gate which we dined at a few times as it was very convenient and super authentic. Definitely more of a local spot rather than a touristy spot which we loved! Also the shared pool was a nice plus too! You do have to wear the swimming cap (which is provided) if you want to use the pool but no big deal. The pool was great! I highly recommend staying here for an unbelievable Positano experience!

Impeccable resort like

This property is in spotless condition, the host does so many extra things like set up in home massages, fruit & cheese platters, breakfast food, champagne & water. This unit is perched above the city which makes for enjoyable mornings and evenings enjoying the breeze. Fantastic experience.

Fantastic views and well decorated - some extra details would make 5 star

The views and design were 5 star! The pictures are accurate and the condo is beautifully redone and provides all you need. It’s gorgeous truly and the porch gives great views of positano day and night. Those are the pros! As an air B and B owner myself I know the details are important so I appreciated the guest bags for beach use etc - a nice touch as were the food and drinks stocked in the fridge very useful and necessary given the terrain in positano and how hard it is to get basic necessities. That being said it was very thoughtful. The cons: the beds - very very hard- my back will take a while to recover / very very hard / both of them. Also no coffee provided for the espresso machine and we tried 3 stores (not easy to get to) to find on our own and no luck so we were left without coffee for 2 days until it could be provided — this may seem like a small thing but capsules of a specific coffee machine are bit easy to find in positano. And to the last issue— we’re given 3 rolls of toilet paper to last 4 nights. You could imagine that didn’t last. While the housekeeper did stop In to refresh towels -!: remove garbage (which was nice) she didn’t leave any more toilet paper (assumed she would) and we ran out and had nothing / zero left and no whwre to go to get any/ that should Never happen. Communication prior and in the unit could have been better (where to go/ how to navigate the stairs/where to eat/etc) we spent a lot of money and a simple email or letter of instruction prior or on-site would have gone a long way of helping us help ourselves instead of asking locals and taxi drivers for information Again as a condo owner that rents out myself I know it’s not easy but the little things go along. Way and what get you to a 5 point rating and why I wouldn’t give this place 5 stars yet… it has potential

Loved our stay.

The place was spectacular. The pictures are accurate. The host was great and actually had food and drink stocked in the kitchen for us!! We loved the room and the patio was amazing. The only thing to consider is you are above Positano. So after a long day seeing the sights, it’s a cab ride home instead of walking. But that’s the only negative. Everything else was fantastic!!

Positano Paradise

We had a great stay at the Eden House. The owners were fantastic and greeted us with a warm welcome to their home with beautiful, local pastries, fruits, drinks, and breakfast items. The home was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials. Coming back to the community pool after a day of touring was perfect! You will also find a great restaurant and local market a short walk away. The property was also close to a bus stop to take you to the beach. If you like to walk and get exercise, the steps down to Positano, shops, restaurants and the beach will lead you through the sweet neighborhood of Positano. The owners were available to help us make restaurant reservations, hire a driver, and answer questions about the area during our stay. The views from the property were beautiful. We were surprised with sweet gifts throughout our stay; sunglasses, a tote bag, desserts and after dinner drinks. The owners made us feel like family. I highly recommend this property!

Amazingly Beautiful!!!

This property is so very beautiful! We were so impressed at how perfect this place is! Exactly as picture...and even better! Francesa and Antonio were very informative and excellent with communication! Our time in Positano at Wden House was far too short! Stay more than 3 days and stay here! Only down side we found was that we had a hard time figuring out the bus schedule but if you do, the bus stop is only a short walk. Taxi is $25 down and $25 up, so way too much every day to go more than once. So plan on that as an expense when budgeting for the trip. his is not a property (or town) for people who are out of shape as steps are steep. Easy for me and my girls but very difficult for my mother. But again, Eden House is where I would stay again if I ever am lucky enough to visit Positano again! Stunning view. Amazing property!

This apartment is absolutely amazing. The pictures are exactly what you get. When we arrived we had lunch and groceries waiting for us. The apartment was magnificent and brand knew. So clean! We used the deck everyday to eat breakfast and relax. The apartment is about at 25 minute walk downhill to town. It was perfect. We would even walk up which wasn’t bad but you are able to take bus or cab if need be (20-25 euro). Also a great restaurant is right by the complex! In addition the owner helped book anything we needed whether it was dinner reservations, cab to town or excursions. We will 100 percent be back!

Eden House is a fabulous place to stay in Positano. As a family of 4 or 2 couples it has everything you need for an amazing Positano experience - sweeping views, great pool, beautiful house, gardens & a short walk to town (even shorter to bus stop). Being higher up the hill of Positano was wonderful as it has a more local feel, better views & a great end of day escape from the tourists down in the heart of town. Beautiful and Comfortable - perfect place.

The photos are exactly what you get - a beautiful spot above Positano with incredible views from the private patio. The pool was a great place to cool off at the end of the day. Very quiet and relaxing at night. Everything in tip-top working order. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a great stay. Francesca helped us arrange a driver around Amalfi - which was wonderful - thank you for everything! Grazie mille!

The villa is amazing with the best view of positano. Antonio and franseca went above and beyond to set up car services, dinner reservations and even in villa massage. They had wine and fruit for us when we arrived as well as food for breakfast and lunch for our stay. It was an incredible experience and I can't wait to return. Best place I have stayed at by far.
