"The hotel itself is very convenient and nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the internet not working. I intentionally chose hotels that had parking and wifi because I'm teaching an online course while away from the states. They did remove the 1 night parking fee because of this so between using some international data and using wifi at the very cute restaurant at the top of the hill, it worked out. "

"This is a great hotel located in the center of Genoa. You can walk from the train station but if you have luggage, you’ll need a taxi. There are plenty waiting outside. I really enjoyed this hotel except for the fact that you cannot have use of a steamer should you needed. In addition it would be really more aesthetically pleasing if they would remove the bins in the hallways next to the stairs. It really is unslightly. Even if they put a cover over them. It’s such an elegant building so it’s quite a surprise to see it on every floor. The breakfast is really lovely. Rooms are a nice size and the air-conditioning works brilliantly. The location of this hotel is brilliant for walking to the sites and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants all around."
