Perfect location just a :05 minute walk from Sao Bento train station and under :15 walk from most city tourist sites. Large apartments with small kitchen, and only 8 units in building. Front desk staff was great, and helpful with restaurant recos too.

Our stay at Olives Nature

Our stay at Olives Nature was good. The appartement is well equipped (except no toaster and freezer) and clean. There’s not always someone at the front desk but they can be reached pretty easily with the contacts number provided at arrival. Please notice that the apartments are on a big hill street so if you travel with young children, a stroller or if you are have a disability, it can be difficult to reach since you have to climb back the street from the historic center. Also, this street is closed / under construction (at the moment), so it can be a bit difficult to be reached by car.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient and close to the main tourist spots. The staff were accommodating, and Tamara at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Very roomy. Clean with a great shower and air conditioning. We had a great stay for 4 people. Only thing missing which I likely could have asked for was a clothes iron or steamer. Terrific place to stay. Very modern.

Due to a late flight, I was a late check in. The instructions were clear but the lobby was dark so it was hard to find the lock box. Worse, the numbers on the combination lock were almost impossible to read since my phone flashlight created a glare on the lock numbers. The key said I was in the fourth floor but the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor, which meant I had to drag my suitcase up a flight of stairs in a tiny stairwell at 3 am, which surely disturbed other guests. The apartment was dark and due to the lightbulbs being burnt out in both the kitchen and the dining area, I had to keep moving the standing lamp from are to area so I could see what I was doing. The bathroom counter had water damage, looked dingy. When I checked out I let reception know about my difficulties and she suggested I email the property, I did this and have received no response. Also, Bolt did not have this address listed on their app so the driver had a difficult time finding it. Really bad, would not recommend to anyone.
