Os seus pontos fracos são claramente a não existência de elevador e a casa de banho em geral (a água demora a aquecer, o chuveiro é mau, o resguardo da banheira é um cortinado plástico e a existência de lavatório não permite acomodar os produtos de higiene pessoal).
