You also have at your disposal a wide range of public transportation options. Other Things to Note: Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. It’s more suited for a couple then 3 people-4 would be too crowded. I did like the location. When I did meet management they were super nice. ##### Monica K.
