The Space:  
The apartment features two double bedrooms, a bathroom fully equipped with all necessary amenities, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals, and a dining table. In addition, you will find a cozy living room with a smart TV and cable box.  
For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit (in the living room), electric radiators, and Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Extremely well located, this apartment is perfect for adventurous travelers looking to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of Porto and discover the city's true essence. Here, you'll be in the ideal spot to live like a true local.  
In the surrounding area, you will find a variety of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. Just a 3-minute walk away, there is the Trindade parking lot (paid), and within 4 minutes, you can reach the Trindade metro station,  
offering direct access to the Airport. You’ll be surrounded by the very best that the city has to offer.

You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).  
  
You also have at your disposal a wide range of public transportation options.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!  
  
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.  
  
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.  
  
In case you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request.  
  
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).  
  
For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.  
  
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.  
  
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request).  
  
You may also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning, upon request (price upon request).
