Enjoy your meals in the dining room, a welcoming space to share moments. The living room has a smart TV and cable box, providing entertainment. For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room, electric radiators, and free Wi-Fi. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the dining room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and much more, in a private and welcoming space. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away, or you can opt for public transport, such as the metro, with stations close to the apartment. Paid parking is available nearby. Other Things to Note: Key collection is made at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. In case you lose the key, a cost will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – cost upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. The bed and couch were uncomfortable. It’s more suited for a couple then 3 people-4 would be too crowded. I did like the location. When I did meet management they were super nice. ##### Monica K.
