Central location, can walk to historical places/dining/shopping. Very friendly staff. The place is clean. Stayed on two occasions, both times rented double room. Both times there was only one chair in a double room. We feel that there is a very good price-value ratio.

The staff in particular accommodated my needs and were very friendly. The location was great! And you feel safe around. However, the room was bare bones, we expected that, but we had no mattress cover, no fitted sheets, and no toiletries (soap dispenser did not work).

The hotel is in an excellent area, close to everything but not so much that it’s loud and annoying. Excellent value, great client service and the breakfast was decent. The room is VERY minimalist (as in, no tables, 1 chair). I’d stay at this hotel again though as I don’t spend a lot of time in my hotel room anyway and the price is right. FYI-there’s an awesome cafe/tapa restaurant just down the road (Tapas Batalha) where the service is phenomenal!

Good room, great location, poor wifi

Good budget hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Good location; shopping, markets, and many dining options nearby, and walkable to all the great sights. I didn’t use public transit at all as I could walk everywhere I needed to go, including meeting points for tours. The room shows some signs of wear and tear, not a problem. The biggest downfall of this hotel is the poor wifi. I used a lot of data during my stay here. Fix this, and I’d stay again.

The staff are great. The room looked like a construction trailer and the bathroom looks like a plastic portapotty. The entire room/bathroom is plastic. Only one awful pillow each for my husband and i. I was so upset when we first got to our room as we had paid over $100 and could have easily gotten a much nicer room for less. We were duped. I absolutely do not recommend.

I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring.

Falsely advertised as air conditioning - first room - remote controll turned down to "16 degrees celsius"- but it was blowing hot air (that's the lowest the controller would allow you to change). room 6.4 Moved to another room, room 4.6 - same issues - remote control read as "16 degrees celsius", when in fact it was approximately 25-26 celsius/80 Fahrenheit. Location was good - fair walking distance to metro station and some major sites. Internet nonexistent - spotty during morning/afternoon; absolutely shuts down after 9 PM

L’emplacement est idéal. L’isolation phonique de la chambre est vraiment pas top. Concernant la propreté de la chambre, les serviettes n’ont été changées qu’une fois durant la semaine. 😔

Erste Tag haben wir leider eine Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen der zu laut und eigentlich für Behinderte Personen gedacht war aber nächste Tag haben wir Zimmer im erste Stockwerk erhalten, der ok war.
