It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year. It is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Carolina Michaelis station and a 9-minute walk from Lapa station. This central location allows for easy access to public transportation. Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. J'ai effectué mes réservations en Français et tous les mails qui m'ont été adressés par GUESTREADY l'ont été en ANGLAIS, comme en témoigne le titre ci-dessus.. Aucun contact physique avec le prestataire. Détail négatif, la serrure de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est plus que délicate à ouvrir, il faut souvent plusieurs minutes pour réussir à tourner la clé.
