The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.  
  
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.  
  
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.  
  
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Paranhos is known for being the city’s educational and healthcare hub, with several major universities like the University of Porto and the Polytechnic Institute of Porto within walking distance.  
  
Paranhos, a peaceful neighbourhood in Porto, offers a relaxed atmosphere with its wide streets and green spaces like Quinta do Covelo Park and S. Roque Park. The area is dotted with historic churches, such as the Igreja de Paranhos, adding a touch of cultural charm.  
It's a great place for visitors seeking a quieter, more authentic experience of Porto.  
  
Transportation is incredibly convenient, with the nearby Pólo Universitário metro station just a walk away. The metro provides quick and easy access to Porto’s city center, where you can explore historic sites such as the Ribeira, Clérigos Tower, and Livraria Lello. Additionally, several bus lines serve the area, offering connections to various parts of the city and beyond.  
  
You'll find numerous cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, catering to your daily needs. For shopping enthusiasts, the large shopping centers of NorteShopping is just a metro ride away.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transportation and car.  
  
The nearest bus stop, Dr. Eduardo Santos Silva, is just a 6-minute walk.  
  
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.  
  
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
