This charming ground-floor 44m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cosy single couch to relax on, a TV for your favourite shows, a dining table, and a comfortable double bed built into the wall. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and necessary cookware and cutlery. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This is one of Porto’s most vibrant and famous areas. This trendy thoroughfare is home to various restaurants, shops and cafes, making it the perfect spot for sightseeing. Be sure to check out Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Porto Cathedral and Clérigos Tower while you're here - they're all must-see attractions and located a few steps away. Some of the buildings worth visiting are the Casa dos Maias and the Casa dos Sousa e Silva. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train/metro station, S. Bento is just a 4-minutes walk. The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Property is on the ground floor and one in a block of 9 located near Sao Bento metro and railway stations, up a (very steep!) and slightly down at heel cobbled road, almost opposite the stations. Entry system and security very good. Communication from hosts very good. Clean and minimalist apartment, with sleeping area, kitchen area and nice bathroom with decent shower. Small patio are at the back. Walking distance from Ribeira main attractions and metro stop in quiet location, although planes coming in on way to airport can be noisy early in morning (not every day).. Well equipped kitchen except no washing machine or coffee pods for the coffee machine or dishwasher tabs for the washer. The check-in process was complicated and not specified at all precisely. I had to call Vrbo support, which wasn't helpful at all. We eventually resolved the issue ourselves.
