The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlighting that brightens up the space making it even more inviting. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This is the perfect location to explore the city. The Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum and Chapel of Souls are all within reach. There is also a café, Café Guarany, in the area. The apartment is conveniently located near several stations. The closest station is São Bento Station, which is only an 8-minute walk away. This is an ideal location for anyone who needs easy access to public transportation. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Perfect location to be able to explore the best of Porto, very walkable to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous view of the cathedral from our balcony especially at night! Well-Appointed apartment with everything we needed for a few days visit. A couple of things for improvement would be motion sensor lights in the hallways. When we first got here we did not know where the light switch was and we were fumbling around in the dark hallways. And then we also did not know that we were on the 4th floor so we struggled to find the right apartment initially. The shower drain was clogged but with a message to the host it was fixed immediately so that was great! Also the keys to get in were a little tricky and sticky had to turn it just right. Overall still give it five stars and really enjoyed our stay! ##### Kim B.
