"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "

"Unser Appartment kann man mit "vintage" bezeichnen: die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr funktionell. "Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

It‘s just a few steps away from restaurants, cafes, a supermarket and most important: the waterfront. The town is cute and was the perfect homebase for us. "Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."
