Cozy home, quiet neighborhood, near OOB attractions!

We are proud to host you at our rental property in Old Orchard Beach. We are just 0.7 miles from the beach, and less than a half mile from the fun filled downtown area, so walk or drive. Enjoy the entire main floor of this ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood located at the end of a dead-end street. It is very peaceful here, and yet just moments from the fun and excitement of the beach and other amusements. The house is also conveniently located in close proximity to the drug store, farm stand, gas station, coffee shop, etc! The house can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 children, with two sets of bunkbeds (one Full size bunk) in one bedroom, a Queen in the other bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Also note the beautiful kitchen and dining area, fully stocked with any and all cooking needs. Have access to the yard, complete with outdoor furniture, picnic table, a grill, a fire pit, yard games, and plenty of parking.

Should you need anything while visiting, the owners will be nearby in OOB and/or in the alternate basement apartment (with separate driveway and private entrance) to help with any necessities you might have. Don’t miss out on this beautifully clean, pet/smoke free, and very affordable OOB rental opportunity!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The hosts gave us great recommendations and reminded us of the small tasks to be done so that we didn't forget anything. The premises were clean and good sizes for a family of 5. The only thing is that we had to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach, that said, with a little organization, it was done very well. The kitchen has all the essentials. We had a great time!

The Perfect Stay

Our family and I had the best at home experience away from home. The property owners were above accommodating. The house was perfect and clean, just what I would expect that meet both myself and my family expectations. Outside fire pit and and sitting area at night was great! Perfect Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at Jeff's property. We were in OOB for a mini family reunion, and so glad we found this place. There was enough space indoor and outdoors to accommodate the 20+ people in my extended family. A short walk to downtown, the beaches and pier. Jeff supplied everything needed and more for a great vacation. Jeff is very responsive and even gave me a few recommendations of things to do with my family. This is our 4th diferent summer rental in OOB, and by far our favorite. We will be back!!

This home was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect for a short walk to town where the shops and attractions are. The space was great for our family to spend time together or take space if needed. There were games for us to use and great tv options for the full rainy day we had. The home was very clean and I am picky about having a clean rental! The outdoor area was great by the fire pit and for grilling. Jeffrey was very communicative from the moment we booked the place and throughout our stay reminding us of events in town. We even were able to have a later check out which was the icing on the cake. This is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in while in OOB! Highly recommend!!

OOB family vacation

The house was a little farther away than stated It’s about a 20 minutes walk from the beach. Was disappointed that there was only one smoke detector and not near the bedrooms and one entrance/ exit. Dead bolt on back door with no key. I also wish there were curtains in the big window in front of the house. Raining day , couldn’t see the tv b/c of the glair , same on a sunny day.

We had a great time at this property! The kids enjoyed playing outside. The house is located at the end of a dead end so the kids were able to scooter and play. There was a grill and fire pit with a Picnic table we used for family dinners and s’mores. The kids had a tv In there room so they could watch movies at bed time. There was lots of family games and movies the kids also enjoyed. Jeff was also super easy to get ahold of and answered all questions in a timely manner! We had a wonderful vacation!

Family Vacation Week in Maine 2022

Things I really liked about this rental property: plenty of parking at the house, quiet street, safe neighborhood, fire pit area with lights, nice deck, lots of natural light inside the house, clean and clutter-free, open family space (kitchen, table, living room), several beds, family game & movie closet, close to the beach and downtown area, free parking included with the rental at the lots near the beach and the amusement park/arcade. OOB has many things to do for a family of all ages. It’s also close to other great cities in Maine. We had a great vacation!!! Make sure you get some ice cream at Fielder’s Choice.

This house was so nice to stay in for our girls weekend! Watching the sun set from the large front windows was incredible and the fire pit area was private and so fun! Home away from home

This house is really cute…a little small for 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Another bathroom would have been nice. However it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Jeff, the manager, went over the top to accommodate us especially since we were flying in from South Carolina.
