About this property

Modern, new and close to lake

  • This is 100% not a party house and is for the most respectful and well traveled guests, only!!! If you intend to party please do not book this house, you will be kicked out and there is no refund!!!
    Due to permitting requirements, no more than 8 guests total are allowed at this home!
    Modern and newly built home located right on the edge of beautiful, safe and elite lake Oswego neighborhood. Home is 15 minutes walking distance to downtown Lake Oswego shopping, parks, the movies and Farmer's Market. House has 4 br plus office and 2.5 baths. All four bedrooms have queen size beds! There is 2.5 bathrooms, dining room with 6 chairs and gourmet kitchen!
