This property comprises two of the four condos in a gorgeous old building that dates back to the 19th century. On this quiet street in a neighborhood renowned for its old-world charm, you can leave your cars in two dedicated parking spaces and get around entirely on foot. The historic Old Port is only a few minutes away by Uber or car. Many of Portland's tastiest restaurants are also a mere 15-minute walk away at most, meaning you'll always have delicious options at your disposal. The Western Promenade overlooking the Fore River, and Commercial Street are all within strolling distance as well. Indulge your creative side at the Portland Museum of Art or the Maine College of Art less than 10 minutes away on foot. Relax at the Nine Stones Spa, then try one of the many breweries or bars as the evening approaches for a refreshing drink. For an even more scenic way to view Portland, take a ride on the Casco Bay ferry before heading back to your vacation home.
While the building dates back to the late 1800s, the condos were thoughtfully redesigned in 2014 to give each a bright, airy, and modern feel. Both spaces feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, custom cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, oversize windows, and stainless steel appliances. The modern heat pump system for heating and cooling ensures you'll always have your ideal temperature available to you.
After a day spent taking the ferry to Peaks Island or dining your way across Portland, come home to two separate condos that give everyone the space they desire. Each condo offers its own living room with a TV providing local and national television, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a stacked washer/dryer. In every bedroom, you'll find an en suite bathroom sporting tiled showers with frameless shower doors, a TV offering the same programming as that found in the living room, and remote-controlled AC, giving everyone there unparalleled privacy and comfort. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We traveled with 4 couples so this combo unit was perfect. The location was walkable to everything wanted to get to and Portland was a great launching spot for day trips to check out the neighboring towns.

Nice place!
Great location, great condos! Everything was as it appeared to be in the pictures and descriptions! I would stay here.
We rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartment for a guys trip. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was wonderful. Great bars and restaurants within just a few blocks walking distance. Portland is a very charming town and well worth a visit.
Property was easy access and location to restaurants and downtown Portland . Kitchens were adequate , bathrooms really nice and beds comfortable . Parking was a little tight for two minivans but was able to make it work . Would stay here again area looked and felt safe
Condos were in a prefect location and very clean. It took about 16 hours for our condo to heat up and there is no heater in the main living area. Bathrooms and beds are excellent. Kitchen needs more plates and bowls. I would stay again but ask the management company to turn the heat on in the morning of arrival day!
Perfect home base for four couples, giving each their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy to walk to many things, and equally easy to call an Uber for a quick ride.
We rented 2 condos. Very nice and the owner was very helpful. Quiet neighborhood

Great stay in portland
This location is quiet but walkable to all the action! The house is very well equipped and the decor is updated and practical. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a wonderful bonus!
The place was perfect for what we all needed. Having two seperate spaces for different parts of our family was absolutely perfect. Met the owner of the property. He is a super great guy who cares deeply about this house and making sure everyone is comfprtable.
Nice reno and location and quiet except the shower has a lot of moldy grout and t our bed sunk into the corner because they didn't level the for when the renovated it. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Also, vacasa didn't publish my review. They need a different locking system for the door. You can get locked out of someone comes home early and locks the deadbolt. No warning about this.
The 2 units are nearly identical, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. Our problem was that the oven in one unit didn’t work, then the entire stove didn’t work and a fuse blew. When we checked the fuse box, there was a red “attention” sticker on the kitchen fuse, so we didn’t want to touch it. We couldn’t use the stove for a day and a half of our visit. We wish we had been warned that there was a problem with a fuse, because it was obviously a known issue.
