No impressed at all, also not impressed that it was very difficult to find a place to stay, so they charge a fortune- but in reality there were vacancies everywhere!!!

I was very disappointed in this property, the room was very small, and not clean, it smelled clean but there was hairs stuck to the bathroom walls, stains on the falling down ceiling tiles and alot of insects in the room, also the floor was so slanted that it was dangerous to get up in the night to go to the bathroom!

Older Motel Off Old Orchard Beach
This is an older property and while they tried to update it, there is no way to update the tiny efficiency bathroom. It was raining the day I checked in and the tile floors were wet with humidity, the ac was not able to keep the room dry. The Amtrak train tracks are directly behind the building so you hear trains going by.

La plage est de l'autre coté de la rue, et est vraiment accessible. À distance de marche du palace playland, restaurant et boutique. Pas de stationnement a débourser. Le personnel est courtoie, chaleureux et sympatique. La chambre est petite mais parfaite pour 2 personnes. Il y a une cuisinette; il manque quelques trucs mais j'avais apporté des ustensiles en surplus. Le train passe très près alors si vous avez du mal avec ce bruit, cest assez surprenant. La piscine creusée est tres propre et la baignade apres une journee à la plage fait du bien.
