Beautiful home located just walking distance from the beach. Custom home features partially covered deck with seating, high ceilings, crown molding, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, beautiful wood floors, and granite throughout. Includes massive outdoor entertainment area with 2 picnic tables, bar, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and bathroom, as well as a fish cleaning station.

The 4 bedrooms 3 bath home sleeps 16 comfortably with plenty of space for your family and friends. The master suite includes a king-size bed and large walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The other three bedrooms include a room with two sets of custom built-in full-size bunk beds with personal lighting and charging stations, a room with two queen-size beds and another room with a full-size bed.

This home has all the amenities to make a great vacation: satellite TV in every room, free WIFI, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

Go-cart available upon request for an additional fee.

Great time!

First off the host Gerald is an amazing guy. He is so helpful with everything and quick to respond. The place is located in a great spot. The convenient store is literally right there for any thing you end up forgetting and we did a lot that weekend, but also a very short drive to the beach. Every room has a queen bed which is very nice. Very clean. We would stay again for sure.

Great location and set up for family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, was well stocked, and the owner was very helpful. The golf cart is a must when staying in Port Boliver and so nice to drive back and forth to the beach. It was a short 3-5 min walk to the beach from the house. The house mattresses were comfortable! Would recommend this property!

Super Nice Beach House Rental

The home was beautiful and very clean. Check in process was super easy and if we had any questions the owners were quickly responsive. Rooms were huge with plenty of space and kitchen came full stocked. We would definitely stay again! 5 out of 5 stars!

Awesome three generation vacation at the beach!

The house was exactly what it appeared to be on line - there was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and everyone loved the master shower along with the convenience of the outside shower. It was beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities we needed. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach each day and we can't wait to go back next year!

Crystal Beach was a great get away. Ferry ride was quick and easy. Location to the beach was great- house had all you would need — except Off- which we took. Only extra thing you might need to pack, would be mosquito repellent! We had a great time! The beach house was perfect!

We loved the house and the property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. Location was great! The golf cart is a must and so glad it was easy to rent from the property manager. We had three families stay with 3 children. Total was 9 people and the accommodations were perfect! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and Affordable Beach House

I cannot stress enough how smooth and comfortable our stay was with Mr. Hanson. It was our first time renting a beach house and it was amazing. This home has EVERYTHING you need for ur stay, except obviously personal items. If u are thinking of booking with him do not double think the golfcart, It was a BIG plus along with late checkout. Definitely Highly recommend him and his properties for rent! We will definitely be back!!!!
