"Hotel h20 had good service when i checked in with my fam at the luxury room. But the bathroom floor seemed not scrubbed well, I almost trip bec it was slippery. The hallway leading to our room was carpeted and had a musty damp odor. We had our brrakfast at @makan makan on the second floor, the food was not something you crave for. It doesnt have the semi luxury vibe, it gave like a carinderia rather. The view of the morning where the outdoor seating of the restaurant, was a view of the ships and dark water, looked like polluted and doesnt give you the mood to eat. When we arrived, the elevator wasnt working. Thw swimming pool floor’s painting was chipping and my niece bumped her foot and it wasnt good to swim in a pool mixed with chipped painting. Staffs were great."

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"I did not have to park. My GRAB service was able to park with ease for us. Located next to 7-11 and a 3 min walk from China Town. Exit and to the left. Very clean. Always had security at door. Got confused on my last day and staff helped me stay a bit longer to get my flight corrected. Thank you so much for your compassion. Staff tried to help me. Room was perfect. "

"The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic."
