"Stay of 5\. 6 pillows but only 2 pillow cases. Sleep sofa with no sheets or pillow cases. Only 2 towels and no replacements. 1 1/2 roll of terrible toilet paper. Coffee maker but no coffee. No soap. No hand towels. Pretty much no necessities. Vacation club staff can not be reached on phone. Need to go there and wait and no help at all. Promised replacement towels after day 3 which never came. "

"Positiv:Insgesamt war das Haus wie beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Check-In verlief freundlich und unkompliziert, der Mitarbeiter wohnt im Haus auf dem selben Grundstück und spricht sehr gut deutsch, was vieles vereinfacht hat. Bei Bedarf bekommt man Tips zu Ausflugszielen oder Unterstützung bei Fragen zum Haus. Der große Garten, der direkt an die Terrasse der Häuschen anschließt, ist gut gepflegt und es war sehr angenehm, dass die Kinder morgens zum spielen...

"Das Haus und der Garten sind großartig und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Kinder im Alter von 1-7 sind hier voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen, denn es gab neben dem Spielgerüst sogar Spielzeug für drinnen und draußen. Und auch für die „Großen“ gab es allerhand. Die Terrasse konnte selbst bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt werden. Und dank Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer konnte jeder individuell seine Wohlfühl-Raumtemperatur anpassen. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zwar etwas ab...

"Auf den den ersten Blick ist es okay, nichts außergewöhnliches. 5 Betten gebucht, aber es gibt hier nur 4 Betten-Häuschen! Es gibt auch keine größeren Hütten und das Personal vor Ort weiß nicht, was man gebucht hat. Falsche Übersetzung? Wir hätten eine Luftmatratze haben können oder noch ein zweites Häuschen dazu buchen können, aber dann fiel dem Herrn ein, dass in einem anderen Häuschen ein Bett übrig ist, dieses haben wir dann genommen. Sauberkeit ist leider nicht allzu groß geschrieben. Man...

"I would highly recommend this hotel. It is modern, stylish and clean. The room had a tablet to control the lighting etc. The restaurant provided us with excellent meals both for breakfast and dinner. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby. It is well placed to walk to local attractions. There is a lovely cafe there. A very positive experience and one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."
