"Stay of 5\. 6 pillows but only 2 pillow cases. Sleep sofa with no sheets or pillow cases. Only 2 towels and no replacements. 1 1/2 roll of terrible toilet paper. Coffee maker but no coffee. No soap. No hand towels. Pretty much no necessities. Vacation club staff can not be reached on phone. Need to go there and wait and no help at all. Promised replacement towels after day 3 which never came. "

"I would have give it the full 5 stars, but: Cons: I've ordered a surprise bottle of champagne in the room before arrival, but it seems that the reception staff doesn't communicate too well between shifts and even thought my order was confirmed by email, I didn't get it. So my intended surprise was ruined:(. I've got some verbal apologies, but that's it. I've also received a 150PLN coupon, as a VIP/gold reward from Hotels.com, towards Spa services, but unfortunately they couldn't find me a spot, so I couldn't use it. Pro: Spotless modern room. Beautiful spa, pool, jacuzzi and sauna with sea view. Delicious breakfast, with a huge spread, from eggs to fresh veggies, salads, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles, even champagne if you like a Mimosa to start your day. "Unfortunately, I stayed in this hotel only for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room has a pretty goog size and comfortable. Hotel is in a prime location. I really liked that hotel provides a drinking and sparkling water for free. It clearly demonstrates that the hotel takes care of the guests. "
