Completely renovated with a contemporary design, the apartment has been carefully conditioned to offer a superior holiday experience, all at exceptional prices. With capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, the apartment's interiors are elegant, functional and cosy, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.



The spacious and bright living room features an adjacent dining area and is equipped with a smart TV, where you can enjoy your favourite series and movies through Netflix. The comfortable sofas and large doors leading to the furnished private terrace invite you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate at any time of the day. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing your favourite dishes or enjoying a home-cooked meal during your stay.



The two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, are spacious, full of natural light and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring that your rest is perfect throughout the year. Both share a spacious and modern family bathroom, offering the necessary comforts for a comfortable and pleasant stay.



For families with children, Piso Carles also offers a dedicated play area, equipped with a drawing table and other facilities designed for the little ones. This additional space allows children to enjoy their own recreation area, while adults relax.



Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.



The air conditioning is included in the rental price, with established hours from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.
