"Nice hotel and staff were very good - especially on reception. Rooms were nice, but we did have an issue with air con on two nights. Food was OK. Not bad, but not great. We expected more from a remote hotel so we ended up going out in evenings. If you want to be in the area its a good hotel but not as nice as some of the others in Majorca at that price level."

"Fantastic hotel overall. Perfect location with the best pool in Pollença, right in the middle of the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had, as it had everything (fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, continental, cereal, etc). Staff were very helpful, which is good as the only thing which let us down was our air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights. Once we reported it, it was fixed the next morning. "Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony. "

Amazing bathroom and shower. Balcony was a nice addition, overlooks the pool. Beach is quick walk across a one way street. Great loungers and furniture around the pool area. "Fantastic location right on the beach, so the views from the big balcony are very special. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for the dog too : ) Reception never seems to be manned so you have to call to check in. And getting in and out of the front door was a bit fiddly with the key box, but all in all, fantastic value and the location is awesome : )"
