10/10 Excellent

"Everything was great! Customer service was awesome! But, the bed was hard. I woke up with lower back pain. The pillows were not firm enough and the bed felt like sleeping on concrete. It was hard. Thank you for the great service!"

10/10 Excellent

The Angler Hotel Livingston, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good

"Staff was great. The cleanliness should have been better. We saw the same dead roach and trash on our hallway floor for three days straight. The bar and restuarant wasn't an amenity because it was closed and had been closed for months. The bar and restuarant was the only reason why we chose to stay there. Again, the staff was great and super friendly."

Comfort Inn & Suites Huntsville Near University

"My only complaint are the shower accessories ( I.e. shampoo, conditioner). The bottles were hard to squeeze to get any shampoo or conditioner to come out. And no body wash."
