This stunning home, set on a breath-taking stretch of private Point Pleasant beach, offers everything you could imagine in a vacation home. 6 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, two massive living areas, and stunning views from every window. With Jenkinson’s boardwalk less than a mile north and Downtown Bay Head a mile to the south, 1420 Ocean Ave is surrounded by some of the area’s finest restaurants and attractions. The home offers private beach access (no beach badges required) and is suitable for 2-3 families. Parking is never an issue with a long driveway that can easily fit 10 cars. Pleasant Beach is more family orientated and even the boardwalk was comparatively low key. Private beach was a big plus for our grandkids. Wasn't obvious from the picture but access to the beach was up and over a large sand dune. Somewhat difficult for some of our limited mobility family. The location of the property is absolutely amazing- directly on the beach. The views from the deck were beautiful and the direct access to the beach made it very easy to enjoy the beach day.
