"Modern clean and central to everything "

"Room was very comfortable for our overnight stay. Was not aware check in was before 4pm due to public holiday as email stated 7pm. access to lock box for key was difficult and unable to obtain parking due to no-one at the desk. 2 phone calls later I was able to get our key."

"The townhouse had everything I needed. Check in was wonderful by the host. However Townhouse 42 definitely needs a refresh. couch needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Stained and torn. Great parking in your own garage and there is a security patrol 24/7 Lake view was amazing and watching the little blue fairy wrens in the backyard"

"Reception was luck warm, room not too clean, bathroom sink in metal feel like you are in a kitchen, bathroom floor was not too clean, bathroom really small without bath mat and very slippery. The hotel was noisy during the night and the bed was so soft that you get stuck into them . Not great for your back. The breakfast is very limited, dinner room was not clean with fries on the floor from the day before, no fresh bread, disgusting coffee, no yogurt and limited food option. I would not recommend it"

"The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other guests enjoyable. We would stay again next time we are visiting the area."

"Room was clean enough except for the spa bath which was filthy, and mould in the shower. I booked a 'king bed with sofa bed' - no linen for the sofa bed. When I enquired, it would be supplied with an extra charge. I could've booked a king bed room for much less than what I paid. Gardens desperately need tending. Daily servicing meant only fresh towels were supplied. No toilet paper, tea, coffee. Washing machine in the laundry didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery - one spoon!"
