You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find. ● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered. Other Things to Note: The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit. REGISTRATION: Guests shall register with Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. We will send you a form to complete the registration. Very easy to use Kayak launch. Wonderful Game room - pool table, etc. Community lake was very nice with a sandy beach - passes not needed.
