« Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place. »

« This "home" which is a distinct portion of a bigger home, with a private and separate entrance, was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! It sits in a newer well kept neighborhood, where I felt safe to come and go anytime. The "home" is true to how it was described and pictured in VRBO. The hosts communication was perfect! They only contacted me when I asked a question, otherwise I did not hear from them. I highly recommend Sweet Dreams on Mystic Way to singles especially and couples....

« Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay. »

« Great place to stay! Plenty of room for us 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 13, 6, and 2). Very clean, plenty of towels, paper goods, etc. Nice touches like night lights and automatic lights. Host left a nice binder with local info and tips. Very easy to communicate with. Checkin was a breeze. Everything was as described. A very comfortable experience! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

« We had a great stay, the rooms were nice and large, the kitchen and common areas also good sized and comfortable. When we needed assistance, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We would recommend it to our friends. Our one complaint is that the property could use more TLC - there are knobs missing from the kitchen cabinets, several of the burners on the stove had broken knobs, the outdoor furniture is very soiled, the built in bbq doesn't work, and the yard could just use...

« We were in Yuba City for a wedding. This is a very nice property in good condition, with an excellent back yard for relaxing with friends and family.
