In Plogastel St Germain, lovely renovated Breton house of 87 m2 with garden, veranda and sunny terrace.
10 minutes from the beach of Penhors, paradise of idleness and slips (Torch nearby).
Easy access by express voice to 10 minutes, Quimper airport (Pluguffan) 5 minutes.
Any convenience on foot in the village (Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, doctor, post office, garage, restaurant, bar tobacco ... ..).
Ideally located 10 minutes from Quimper, medieval city famous for its festival of Cornouaille in July.
15 minutes from Douarnenez, beautiful Breton fishing port, many beaches in the bay (white sands, Ris beach, Kervel, Ste Anne la Palud ... ..).
At the doors of Bigouden country, many places to visit, Pont l'Abbé and its embroiderers' festival, the ports of Liltudy, Loctudy and Penmarch, lighthouses, beaches ....

On the ground floor:
Entrance through a terrace overlooking the veranda facing south west.
Living / dining room with 2 sofas, a flat screen LED TV 4K 108 cm, internet access with Freebox, Wifi, a set table and chairs, and a bar with stools.
Fully equipped kitchen: stove with gas oven and 4 burners, fridge-freezer separated dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker Senséo pod, toaster, kettle ....
1st floor :
A room with a 160/200 bed, and a flat screen TV 102 cm.
A bathroom with shower and toilet, a mezzanine with a large clothes closet,
as well as large shelves to put the suitcases of travels.
2nd floor:
A room in the attic done with a bed of 160/190 and a bed click clac extra.
Enclosed garden 80 m² with direct access from the kitchen, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
Accepted animals.
Linens provided: sheets, towels, tea towels.
Private parking
JULY AUGUST: 500 EUR / week all taxes included (except tourist tax).
Cleaning charge: EUR 40 (optional)
Deposit: 300 EUR
