« Lovely stay had by all. Domes were spacious and well equipped with comfy beds and all kids cons. Air con was brilliant! Shared outdoor kitchen had lots of space and was under cover and close to the domes. The pool was deep (circa 145cms and had a natural Tarzan swing which the kids loved. We had a great suggestion for a local tour from the manager and the cafe and the Italian themed shop was very convenient. Playa Órganos was just was a 5 min walk with a view to Tortuga. « Tout est conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Arturo et Maribel sont des hôtes très attentifs, chaleureux et bienveillants. La plage est belle mais la mer est très agitée, presque dangereuse à certains moments. La ville de Puntarenas est banale. Il vaut peut-être mieux louer une auto que de payer le gros prix pour des excursions. Somme toute nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. »

« We had such an amazing time here! In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome....

« Villa Mer is centrally located to many activities most within a 90 minute drive. Randal the owner is very responsive via What'sApp and the grounds keeper does his job without interfering with the guests enjoyment of the property. « Easy to get to. Very nice neighborhood. Clean and modern with individual A/C for each room. Suzanne met us in front of house and walked us through the operation and features of property. The 2 brochures they sent us ahead of time were very informational and useful. We stayed at 3 properties in various towns on this trip and this was the concensus favorite. »

« We (4 adults in out 60s) loved our stay at this charming place with a thrilling views over the jungle and beaches just below the house, straight across the gulf of Nicoya to the mainland, and miles of coastline to the north - a huge panorama from the charming wraparound covered deck. Total seclusion and privacy surrounded by nature and exalting views. Nice open layout of main part of the house. Only minor quibbles: A micro wave would be nice, pool a bit chilly, plumbing delicate, and bedrooms...
