« We had such an amazing time here! In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome....

« Lovely stay had by all. Domes were spacious and well equipped with comfy beds and all kids cons. Air con was brilliant! Shared outdoor kitchen had lots of space and was under cover and close to the domes. The pool was deep (circa 145cms and had a natural Tarzan swing which the kids loved. We had a great suggestion for a local tour from the manager and the cafe and the Italian themed shop was very convenient. Playa Órganos was just was a 5 min walk with a view to Tortuga. The monkey highway...

« Little cottage or bungalow was lovely and we enjoyed it. It was also very clean.Our issue was the service we received before and during our stay. Lady manager/owner of this place isn’t very polite, welcoming or hospitable. We had to book this place on different site, because our messages/questions were not answered in timely matter & I was confirmed 2 nights were available but I could only book one. Service in the restaurant was awful (took 30 min to order a breakfast with only one other table...

"Les chambres sont correctes et l’hôtel est agréable et joliment décoré. Cependant, la plage est peu plaisante, notamment à cause de fortes odeurs de kérosène qui empêchent réellement d’en profiter. Ce n’est malheureusement pas le seul point faible : la restauration, compte tenu des prix pratiqués, est très décevante, tant au niveau du goût que de la qualité des ingrédients. Nous avons également eu un souci avec la batterie de notre voiture et avons dû résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangés. En revanche, le comportement du voiturier nous a particulièrement déçus : au lieu de nous aider à trouver une solution, il s’est contenté de se justifier alors que nous ne lui faisions aucun reproche. Une fois de plus, nous savons que le service n’est pas le point fort du Costa Rica, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, on attend un niveau irréprochable. Enfin, concernant la restauration, nous avons consommé trois boissons sans alcool au bar de la piscine, puis pris des snacks (burgers et sandwichs), et le soir trois plats sans boisson ni alcool. Rien n’était vraiment bon et les matières premières semblaient de qualité médiocre. En revanche, l’addition, elle, était particulièrement salée. Ce commentaire reflète notre expérience dans cet hôtel où la qualité du service et de la restauration étaient clairement insuffisantes par rapport au prix demandé."

"Un véritable coin de paradis, coupé du monde, mais avec tout le confort et un service irréprochable. L’hôtel Vista Las Islas à Paquera offre une expérience inoubliable. L’accueil est exceptionnel, grâce à des propriétaires chaleureux et un personnel attentionné, en particulier Dennis au restaurant, dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme ont marqué notre séjour. Le cadre est à couper le souffle : une vue splendide, une piscine magnifique, des chambres confortables et bien équipées. Le restaurant propose une cuisine savoureuse, parfaitement exécutée. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 10 minutes du ferry pour Puntarenas, mais surtout à proximité immédiate de l’un des rares sites de la région où l’on peut vivre une expérience magique de bioluminescence en kayak — un moment unique à ne pas manquer. Un lieu rare, paisible et authentique, pour se ressourcer dans un cadre naturel exceptionnel, tout en profitant d’un service de grande qualité. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs précieux… et l’envie d’y revenir."

"Bilan vraiment partagé. L'hôtel est visiblement refait à neuf et les chambres sont fonctionnelles. Le gros point négatif est le service et l'organisation générale. Le personnel est essentiellement sur ses téléphones ou sur les ordinateurs, il communique uniquement par WhatsApp si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et la réactivité n'est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Nous sommes également partis sur une note négative car le matin de notre départ, pas d'eau ni d'électricité avant 5 minutes avant notre départ, sans nous avoir avertis en amont. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel a du potentiel, mais ces points sont importants pour l'expérience client. Nous avons été accueillis partout très bien au Costa Rica, mais l'hôtel Santa Teresa aura détonné. Petit dej limite . "
