« We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple. »

« Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. « We had a fabulous time staying on this absolutely beautiful property!! We had a chef come to the house which has the perfect kitchen with 6 of us adults watching them cook for us which was an amazing dinner!! « Very nice view. Nice renovated house, but this place is aging. They had to change the dishwasher after 3x nights not working. They do not have any pool heating. They charged us 150$USD for a broken chair that we did not even used, or that was probably broken before our visit. Forth room is attached to room number 3, so no privacy. »
