"The food was probably the best I've had on vacation. But the amenities listed on the website Vs what was actually there were very different. There was no beach bar or even beach access for that matter. Long walk to a private undeveloped beach which we did enjoy. But did not have any amenities, such as umbrellas. Chairs and definitely no bar as advertised. There was only one bar and restaurant open for the duration of our stay. "

"Room was okay. Right on busy road so it can be loud but didn’t bother us too much. Staff was very kind, but don’t accept their free lunch for a “tour” they sat us down to get us to sign up for their membership and we had no intention of doing such. I understand it’s their job, and it’s okay but they tricked us. Other than that, location was a good walking distance to everything. Don’t use their ATM, take a short walk to the bank to avoid unnecessary fees. They also make you keep a wristband on all week which wasn’t very enjoyable but you get used to it."

"We spent a terrific couple of weeks in this condo. It is as advertised steps to the beach, nice pool though a little chilly, accommodations as advertised, very responsive owners and on-site manager. We loved the fruit/vegetable guy who comes Mon/Thur mornings with fresh produce and eggs off the back of his truck. On site gate and grounds security keep things safe. Residents very friendly. Make sure you download the Komida app for all kinds of food deliveries - better than Door Dash! Super clean and comfortable. Quiet. Everything close, but not on the crazy busy strip. Highly recommend!. We'll be back. Thanks for adding the screen door for us Andy! For those familiar with the DR, power was consistent (they have generator), "

"We had a large group of 18\. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. We use the all inclusive plan and this works great for a large group. The dinners were excellent and staff were great. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus. The ocean was rough for three days, but then we got some nice calm days to enjoy the surf. Beach walks were very nice. Our host Nina made sure we had everything we needed from transportation, golf, massages and dinner reservations. Overall our group had a fantastic time."

"Our friend trip (10 ppl) loved our stayed at Tom and Ana's villa! Ana's cooking was absolutely incredibly only second to her energy. We were absolutely thrilled that the beach is not more than 2 minute walk. The pool and rooms were clean, everybody enjoyed. We had some issues with the water and Tom was quick to have someone come and look at it. If you travel with a large family - be advised that hot water is a luxury. All that aside, Tom's willingness to help us plan our trip and Ana's welcoming spirit made this trip incredible. We look forward to our returns. "
