« Charmant hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur historique, dans une petite rue calme. Excellent accueil, gentillesse de tout le personnel (réception, restauration, ménage), l'hôtel offre des petites attentions qui rendent le séjour chaleureux et personnalisé. Super petit-déjeuner. Bravo ! Petit bémol : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre (dans l'annexe) malgré le reset, j'ai utilisé mon forfait en partage de réseau. OK dans le restaurant et autres parties de l'hôtel. »

« L’hôtel est bien situé près du lac et du centre-ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre chambre. Les lits étaient très confortables. La salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle. Contrairement aux commentaires négatifs que nous avons lus, nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec le paiement de la chambre. L’hôtel semble avoir changé de nom de Paradise Suit Otel à Paradise Rooms. Peut-être qu’il y a eu changement de propriétaires. »

"Comme prévu, nous sommes arrivé à 5h du matin et il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons du attendre + de 20 min pour avoir quelqu'un. Nous avons même fait le tour de l'hôtel pour trouver quelqu'un. On était tellement fatigué qu'on était nerveux. Le gars de la réception s'est endormi et venu nous servir avec sa chemise froissée et sortie de son pantalon. Mais le reste est super!"
