"This resort was family friendly, safe and everything you need in one location. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge. The food and drinks at the restaurant are also amazing. The location is ideal as it sits right off the beach. "

"The property is at a nice location, there's restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. The bar is closed on account of personnel shortages but they do have a restaurants on site that sells drinks."

"Excellent location- easy to the beach, easy to town. Great house- fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen had a great stock of spices/oils, and a tray in the fridge had a good amount of basic condiments, which was super helpful for preparing food at the house! Awesome pool- the kids absolutely loved it, the shallow end was perfect for the little one. Missing a few important amenities. Ice machine wasn't working and there was no blender like on the listing. The awesome pool only had two lounge chairs- we ended up buying two beach chairs and leaving them there, so hopefully they'll be there for the next group :) "

"The host was welcoming and check in and out was very easy. They temperature control on one of the showers was broken which was cumbersome to deal with but all other aspects of the apartment were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. A good location close to the beach and easy to get to other areas of Rincon. "

"We had a great time. The house was nice. We had everything we wanted and needed. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept us cool at night. Lots of places to eat and plenty of beaches and excursions to keep us busy. We also took time to just relax at the house on the porch swing or walk along the beach and watch the surfers. The house is well situated, right in the water. You could hear the ocean all day and night. Step right out the back yard onto the beach and walk a short distance to several local restaurants. The goat lives on the upper floors and is very quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this location! "
