"We had a wonderful week at Casa Milor. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our days taking advantage of the outside area, moving between the pool, the beach and the hammocks/pavilion area in the shade. Marciel and Melvin the caretakers are wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. They even built us a bonfire on the beach one night! "The phone number does not work or they never answered, when I got there the gate was closed, I called the phone number several times and no one answered, a neighbor girl was kind enough to call Don Mario who is the manager or owner, but he was more interested in listening to his music then to open the gate for us, we were there waiting in the rain for about 1/2hour, Trying to get his attention. Until we had no other option but to return to San Juan Del Sur and rent another hotel room at the last...

"The location is good. Nice ocean view. The staff is friendly. The food is not great. Room cleanliness was not great either. The water pressure was very weak. Also there’s a pretty strong sewer smell. The we were there 2 nights and the electricity was out 3 times for an hr or 2. "
