« I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough. »

« Amazing house and the views were even better than the listing photos! Easy drive to town. 4WD is recommended during rainy season as it's a steep dirt road to the house. « Our stay here was AMAZING! The house was very clean and the staff (Allan and his wife, Leticia) were super helpful. They cooked us some delicious dinners and were very attentive to all our Needs. The pool is great, we had some amazing sunsets and We were a short walk to Remanzo beach. We went for my sister’s 40th birthday and there were 13 of us, the house was super spacious and just so Comfortable. We made some amazing memories here and hope to be back soon »

« The view is breathtaking, ac is cold, pool is refreshing and staff is fantastic. My whole family enjoyed this vacation. We had yoga instructors come from San Juan most mornings for family yoga in the private palapa as well as masseuses a couple times for sunset 10/10. The beach is really close, surfing is fun for all levels, restaurants are delicious. Town is about 30min out on a dirt road, and they are building a new road as I was there so may be closer soon - will be back!! »

« We stayed for a month ‘workation’. THE HOUSE: well laid out, nice and open, loved the balcony that runs its entire length. The AC in the bedrooms worked great, the main part of the house does not have AC but has fans and there is always a breeze being at the top of a hill. "Magnifique logement impeccablement propre, décoré au goût du jour et avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de San Juan del sur! Stationnement sécurité, piscine, frigo dans la chambre, air climatisé, lit très confortable. A 2 pas de la plage et de tous les commerces! Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Le déjeuner inclus au resto Iguana sur la plage était copieux et délicieux (Henry’s breakfast). Le propriétaire était sympathique! Je recommande chaudement!"
